For the third time in a row, Zycus has been named as a leading platform in Gartner's research at Strategic Sourcing Suites. The report compares 14 procurement software platforms and examines the user experience of 179 companies. Zycus scores above average at customer satisfaction and product functionality.
Gartner assesses the procurement platforms on two axes: (1) ability to execute and (2) completeness of vision. Zycus scores best of all participants for "ability to execute" which shows that the platform is particularly powerful in day-to-day functionalities; This results in high scores for customer satisfaction.
The "completeness of vision" focuses on product strategy and innovation and geographical strategy; Zycus scores high which confirms they understand the market developments. At the same time, Zycus shows great attention for requested functionalities from customers (the voice of the customer program).
