Welcome to the fifth edition of the annual procurement technology research of Qando!

Qando is a procurement agency with great ambitions; we help our clients to achieve a better procurement performance and really excel in their procurement processes. Our focus is on IT-procurement and procurement software. We conduct an annual research about the impact of procurement technology.
The aim of the research is to map the usage of procurement technology by companies and organisations in the Netherlands and Belgium and the quality of the procurement function in te organisation. We relate this to scores on commonly used KPIs. We are also looking towards the future.
