Sjors Peters

My name is Sjors Peters (1996) and I’m employed as a consultant for Qando since January 2022. I have a BSc in Business Administration and a MSc in Marketing, from which I both graduated at the Radboud University in Nijmegen. Directly after graduating I’ve come in contact with Qando and started working here.

As a digital procurement consultant for Qando I’ve mainly been involved with optimizing Purchase-to-Pay systems. Particularly, my interest here lies in identifying the different buying channels and shaping the digital processes accordingly. In a more supporting role, I am involved with mapping the as-is and to-be procurement processes of a client for the purpose of publishing a tender for a new Source-to-Pay system.

What specifically appeals to me about procurement is digitalization, innovation, and the opportunities they bring which are still often overlooked and undervalued. Procurement is a strongly of importance growing function within organizations, and I therefore see it as a challenge to provide the client with the most suiting and future-proof procurement technologies. I look forward to keep challenging and developing myself in this field of interest.

In my spare time I like to spend time with family, friends, and my girlfriend. Sport has been a common thread all my live. I’ve played basketball almost my entire life, I’ve played football for a couple of years, and I’ve been going to the gym for almost 3 years now. This gave me a huge drive and motivation for both working as a team and pushing myself and others to their limits. Apart from that I’m also a big fan of everything that has to do with football and Formula 1.
